Bob Dunham has worked since 1981 as an executive, consultant, educator and coach to executives, management teams, and coaches worldwide in Leadership, communication, teamwork, and people process redesign. He is founder of the Institute for Generative Leadership (IGL), which has affiliates in India.
Andrea Bordenca
Andrea Bordenca is CEO of the Institute for Generative Leadership (IGL) US and stepped into that role after twenty years applying generative leadership skills in her life and business. She is also Chairperson and CEO of DESCO Medical Services, founder of Lead Yourself Youth, and co-founder of the Women’s Collaborative.

sales leadership and transition coaching to global clients from a wide
variety of industries. Barbara’s business development experience began
with her offer to open the Venezuelan market for the Franklin Covey
company, and she consistently over-delivered on her revenue promises for
10 years. The leaders and fellow entrepreneurs she has coached since
then learn to differentiate themselves from their competitors and
outperform expectations on a regular basis. Barbara partners with
Relevance, Vital Smarts, Linkage and The Institute for Generative
Leadership to serve her global client base.
Jack Johnson
Jack Johnson is an executive/leadership coach and organization development consultant with more than 25+ years of experience partnering with leaders, their teams and organizations to generate the future they desire. His clients include leaders and leadership teams in Fortune 500 companies and many major not-for-profit organizations. He partners with his clients in conversations that generate and transform their performance and their effectiveness. This partnership may include working together to design and implement organizational development interventions, team building, strategic planning, whole system change initiatives, innovation and creativity initiatives, and individual leadership development. Jack served as the internal Senior Executive Coach and Organizational Development Consultant for the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command, the Smithsonian Institution, and the National Headquarters of the American Red Cross. In those positions he worked with Admirals, Under Secretaries, Senior Vice Presidents and many other top leaders as well as, their staff to generate a different future.
He also consulted with organizations and lead innovation and creative interventions and processes. He is certified in many instruments and organizational and individual assessment tools. Jack is also a certified Health Coach. And has coached TED (Technology, entertainment, and design) talk fellows and coached in other non-profit programs where participants have the potential to change the world. In 2005, he became an external executive coach and consultant. Many of his clients achieve significant breakthroughs which lead to outstanding results and awards for their outstanding achievements of identifying and executing new and exciting possibilities for their organizations and their lives.
He authored chapter 13, “Leader as Coach of Innovation” in McGraw Hill’s book A Manager’s Guide to Fostering Innovation and Creativity in Teams published in 2010. His clients range from major corporations as such Intel, DuPont, Northrop Grumman, The Principle Financial Group, and Pioneer Seed to the Children’s Defense Fund, the University of North Carolina, Wake Forest University, NPR and The Arts for Learning in Miami. He also is a coach to TED (Technology, Entertain, and Design) fellows. Jack not only has individual leaders and leadership teams for his clients, but he is also a mentor and program coach that teaches with Newfield Network, Newfield Asia, Coaching Excellence in Organizations and Excellence in Generative Leadership. Jack works with these organizations specializing in individual transformation programs, coach training/mentoring programs, and leadership development.

I'm an Ontological and Generative Coach, PCC by ICF (International Coach Federation), with more than 10 years of experience in human and organizational development and almost 2,000 hours of coaching. I'm a founder member of ICF Chapter Rio Grande do Sul, member of the Ethics Committee of ICF Brazil and member of ICF Los Angeles, USA. I'm also a consultant, facilitator and speaker in workshops in communication for action, coaching, leadership and human and organizational development, with an active presence in events on the practice of coaching. I deeply care about people and their search for the Good Life. I also love technology and how it can help us to stay connected and learn together.
